How do I get started with UThrive?

Getting started is easy! You can schedule a consultation or Lifestyle Action Plan assessment with us to discuss your needs, goals, and any concerns. We will then recommend the services that align with your needs and begin creating a personalized plan to support your goals.

Do you provide services outside the Monterey Peninsula?

While we primarily serve the Monterey Peninsula, we are also willing to provide certain services outside this area. Contact us to discuss your needs, and we will see how we can assist you based on location and service requirements.

What type of qualifications does your team have to provide these services?

We adhere to California state law in all professional services we provide. Our team holds certifications in various fields, including personal training, lifestyle and weight management coaching, stretch therapy, nutritional coaching, and first aid/CPR/AED. Additionally, our team maintains liability insurance and operates under an LLC for the safety and peace of mind of our clients.

How can I pay for services?

We offer flexible payment options, and we accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and invoicing for long-term clients. However, we currently do not accept insurance. Contact us to discuss the most convenient payment plan for your needs.
